In 1987-88 the building was renovated and extended by incorporating the former schoolhouse. Accommodation now consists of three good sized classrooms, a nursery room and its own separate entrance and outdoor play area, an open-plan library area and a dining-room/general purpose area. The school offers various after-school clubs including computing, Scottish country dancing and rugby. Children can also participate in a range of outdoor activities including residential education. The school aims to create a caring and secure environment in which every child feels happy, confident and valued as an individual.
